Common Questions about Driveway Cleaning
Can you get rid of the "zebra stripes" left by a previous washer?
Yes. Those stripes are caused by using a wand with uneven pressure. We use a commercial-grade Surface Cleaner that cleans the concrete evenly in a circular pattern, guaranteeing a uniform, streak-free finish.
Will you remove oil stains from my driveway?
We can significantly improve the appearance of oil stains, but fully removing old oil that has soaked into the concrete pores is difficult. We use a professional degreaser to lift surface oil and blend the stain, making it much less visible.
How long will my driveway stay clean?
Typically 12–24 months, depending on tree cover and rain. Unlike a simple "splash and dash," we apply a Post-Treatment to the concrete after washing. This lingers in the pores to slow down the regrowth of mold and algae.
Will the runoff damage my grass along the driveway?
We carefully manage runoff. By saturating the grass edges with water before applying any cleaner, we create a barrier that protects your lawn from absorbing the detergent.

The Mission (Why Us?)
A dirty driveway is the first thing people see—and a slip hazard when wet. Using a consumer-grade wand often leaves permanent streaks (zebra stripes) etched into the concrete.
We deploy a professional Surface Cleaner. This creates a uniform, streak-free finish that makes your concrete look bright and new again.
Our Process:
Pre-Treat: Application of degreaser/cleaner to loosen deep-set grime.
Surface Clean: High-flow rotary cleaning to lift dirt from the pores.
Rinse: Debris removal for a clean finish.
Post-Treat: A final "brightening" application to keep algae from returning quickly.
