HUDSON PRESSURE PROS, LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Services By scheduling a service with Hudson Pressure Pros, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services provided by us.

2. Mobile Message Service Terms (SMS/MMS) The Hudson Pressure Pros LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Hudson Pressure Pros, LLC. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

• Opt-In: By checking the SMS opt-in box on our website or explicitly subscribing via a keyword, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., estimates, appointment reminders, service updates) from Hudson Pressure Pros. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
   

3. Site Readiness (Client Responsibility) To ensure efficient service and safety, the Client agrees to the following preparations prior to our arrival:

• Clear Access: All vehicles must be removed from the driveway and immediate work area.

• Safety: Pets must be secured inside and the yard cleared of animal waste.

• Security: All windows and doors must be tightly closed and locked.

• Gates: Access gates must be unlocked or a code provided.
   

4. Scope of Work & Liability Limitations Hudson Pressure Pros utilizes professional soft washing and pressure washing methods ("The Property Protection Protocol") to ensure the safest clean possible. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions:

• Oxidation: Sun exposure causes vinyl and aluminum siding to oxidize (chalky residue). Cleaning removes the dirt on top of this, but it cannot fix the sun damage underneath. We are not responsible for pre-existing oxidation or faded paint.

• Water Intrusion: We tape sensitive areas as a courtesy, but we are not responsible for water intrusion caused by defective/aged door seals, windows, or weep holes.

• Loose Stucco/Paint: We use low pressure. However, we are not responsible if loose paint or stucco is dislodged due to age or poor adhesion.
   

5. Water Usage The client agrees to provide Hudson Pressure Pros with an on-site water source via an outdoor spigot. If water flow is insufficient (under 4 GPM) or unavailable, the client must inform us in advance.
 
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Weather: We work in light rain. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of lightning, high winds, or heavy storms.

• Client Cancellation: We request 24-hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled arrival may be subject to a $50 Trip Fee.
   

7. Media Release By hiring Hudson Pressure Pros, you grant us the right to take "Before and After" photos or videos of the property for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media). We will never photograph house numbers or personal items that compromise your privacy without permission.
 
8. Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept Credit Cards, Cash, and Checks. Failure to pay may result in a late fee or lien placement on the property.
